I had applied for a parttime front desk position through an online service. I spoke with the Business office manager who was very kind. She sent me directions to the office and I had one interview. She was very impressed with my resume and was happy to hire me. I felt well received by the other people in the office at the time. When the registrar position became available I applied and was promoted to that position after 6 months of employment.
