Interview was time consuming and all interviews were conducted over the phone. HR Director did a good job of keeping me posted regarding the status of interviews. Process took over a month. They did a good job of trying to accommodate my time zone.

Really focused on being collaborative. Asked about my previous experience working remote from the team. Being a self starter is critical to this group as many of their members work remote from HQ.
