Screening call then Zoom Interview with Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager needed some practice with interviewing. He asked about sampling plans which was a specific question but other interview questions felt like he was just wanting a check list instead of a thought process which I feel demonstrates a person's work style rather than memorization of a process.

I scheduled A phone interview a day after applying, but was ghosted after the initial phone screen. I was supposed to hear back within a few days but now it's been 2 weeks.

Very straight forward process with hiring managers and business team. Mix of technical and soft skill questions. Depend on team member will focus more on technical or soft skills. Be prepared to use STAR method.
