I applied online, and was called the next day to set up a phone interview. I felt that the person interviewing me did not ask the right questions, and kind of set me up for failure. The interviewer was unenthusiastic and did not make me excited for the job opportunity. I lost interest as soon as the conversation began.

This interview was a brief 25 minute interview after a career fair. The interview was professional and in a private room setting. The main questions were behavioral and "about me" questions. The company did call after two weeks to explain why they did not see me as the right fit for the position which was very nice and better than a rejection email.
