It was short, sweet and I was basically hired on the spot. They called me an hour after I got home to offer me the position. I interviewed with their internal recruiter and then the head of the training program. I sat with him while he did a couple calls- sadly it wasn't what I actually learned in going into the postion.

Spoke with a multiple people from different positions. Very casual with some people asking more difficult questions. Very welcoming environment! Overall a simple interview process. My interview ended up being two separate days.

Short. One meeting with their Denver recruiter after an initial phone screen, phone offer the next day. They are always actively hiring, which doesn't bode well for current retention.

Entrevista
I was asked to come in. Asked a bunch of informal questions, made to wait around for a while, asked to fill out some sort of essay on a laptop, and then told I was done. Nothing seemed very planned or scripted. Super laid back.
