Easy going and mainly about you and what you'd like to achieve. Interview with Sales Engineer, and VP of Sales. They ask questions about experience, motivation, and outside interest. They explain the product briefly and will ask if you're interested in learning more. The interview is not stressful and I recommend this company very heavily.
