Interview process was two rounds with relatively quick turnaround. First was an HR screening, mainly walking them through my resume and talking about extracurricular involvements. Heard back a few days later and scheduled a super day for a few weeks later. Second was an on-site series of interviews in Cleveland, comprised of a walking tour/interview of the factory, followed by two sit-down interviews and finally a lunch interview. The whole day took roughly 5 hours from start to finish. Most of the time was me thinking of questions to ask them and discussing the answers out loud.
