Knowledge in the telecommunications industry is not essential as the proper training was given by the supervisors there. Previous customer service experience would be beneficial as you will deal with customers on a daily basis.

I went through agency to get this job. Interviewer would ask where do you stay as they prefer someone who is close to work place, your communication skills, your ability to commit to work. Dedication.
