I felt it was one of the more friendly retail reviews I'd ever had -- great management though, which helped. I felt the questions were sincere and straight forward. I think they are also handling navigating our current pandemic climate very well.

Was very quick and questions were not difficult great for an entry level management job. Focused on basic leadership skills and customer service. You will have 2 interviews minimum starting with the general manager then the district manager.
Pretty simple. Brief conversation with store lead about past experience and current role expectations. Very laid back company and demands. Conversation did happen in person at the retail store itself in their back room.
