I applied for a part-time sales associate job in mid to late August 2011 and wasn't called back for the first interview with the First Assistant Manager until the middle of September. After that interview was completed, I didn't have my second interview with the Store Manager until mid-October. The first interview was more relaxed and informal, with easy-to-answer questions about how I dealt with tough customers, co-workers, work situations, etc. The second interview was much more formal. There were a lot of hard-to-answer questions about past work experiences and very specific situational questions dealing with customers, co-workers, etc. I honestly felt like I bombed the second interview. However, I passed the Personality Success Profile with flying colors, which gives you priority over other potential employees. My managers would turn down applicants if they failed the Success Profile, even if the applicant rated 'Neutral' with their answers.

In the back room, no styling a mannequin as seen sometimes, pretty average but some confusing questions, questions about experience, scheduling, pay, skills, how to resolve conflicts, your relationships with customers or coworkers , accomplishments, etc.
Interview was good. Basic questions. A couple questions about style like what is my favorite fashion trend at the moment. Overall an average interview. Other questions were about customer service.
In person interview ~40 min, was an average interview with normal questions. Got an offer the day of through a phone call later that day. Overall average interview process, start with phone call and ended with offer over the phone.
