More lengthy than others. I was told to come into the store to fill out their "success profile." You must score a certain amount before they will even consider an interview. My first interview was very long. She asked a lot of basic questions but most of them were situational. Things like, "Name a time you dealt with a difficult customer and how did you solve it." "If you could give your former boss any advice what would it be?" "Name a time that a coworker upset you because they didn't do their job and it had a negative effect on you. How did you deal with it?"
She then checked my references, and according to them she had them on the phone for FOREVER. One of them even said all he could do was verify employment and she kept pushing him to answer questions.
A week later, I was then called in for a second interview and it was much more relaxed and shorter. Two days later I got a call back with a job offer.

Think of a time where you had to motivate a coworker who was having a bad time. What did you do to motivate her?

In the back room, no styling a mannequin as seen sometimes, pretty average but some confusing questions, questions about experience, scheduling, pay, skills, how to resolve conflicts, your relationships with customers or coworkers , accomplishments, etc.
Interview was good. Basic questions. A couple questions about style like what is my favorite fashion trend at the moment. Overall an average interview. Other questions were about customer service.
In person interview ~40 min, was an average interview with normal questions. Got an offer the day of through a phone call later that day. Overall average interview process, start with phone call and ended with offer over the phone.
