I got hired into Maurices before they had online applications but the process is pretty much the same.
You apply online, if the store manager is interested they will call you to take a success profile in the store, usually at your convenience.
If all goes well, you will be emailed the second part of the application, later resulting in an interview
If your references check out, you will be asked to come in a begin orientation.

The questions aren’t that hard, they just ask a lot of scenario questions, "Tell me a time when..."

Entrevista
In the back room, no styling a mannequin as seen sometimes, pretty average but some confusing questions, questions about experience, scheduling, pay, skills, how to resolve conflicts, your relationships with customers or coworkers , accomplishments, etc.
Interview was good. Basic questions. A couple questions about style like what is my favorite fashion trend at the moment. Overall an average interview. Other questions were about customer service.
In person interview ~40 min, was an average interview with normal questions. Got an offer the day of through a phone call later that day. Overall average interview process, start with phone call and ended with offer over the phone.
