Apply online. Online application is extremely difficult to navigate and submit. After i finished, I then get called in to take a skills test about a week later. The test was on a kind of hand held palm pilot computer which was not only difficult to read, because of back lighting, but also font size. When submitting answers, it was difficult to make a selection without choosing multiple answers due to the screen. It was really touchy and difficult maneuver. Again I waited about a week and a half to two weeks before hearing anything.
First interview was a one on one interview that consisted of, in my opinion, a lot of unnecessary questions, and some were repeated only changing some words around. The first interview was pretty average overall.
Second interview was over the phone. Much more professional. Adequate questions and very descriptive about the position and expectations.
I heard nothing back for a couple days. I then went in to go shopping with some girl friends and it was at this time I was pulled into the office and hired. A little un-professional in my opinion, but I got the job so I didnt think much of it!

In the back room, no styling a mannequin as seen sometimes, pretty average but some confusing questions, questions about experience, scheduling, pay, skills, how to resolve conflicts, your relationships with customers or coworkers , accomplishments, etc.
Interview was good. Basic questions. A couple questions about style like what is my favorite fashion trend at the moment. Overall an average interview. Other questions were about customer service.
In person interview ~40 min, was an average interview with normal questions. Got an offer the day of through a phone call later that day. Overall average interview process, start with phone call and ended with offer over the phone.
