The interview was great. I showed up 30 minutes early and picked out a few outfits for the store manager. We went to the back & chatted about all of my experience & about the store in general. Then the assistant manager came in and interviewed me as well. They both did a great job and loved my feedback.

In the back room, no styling a mannequin as seen sometimes, pretty average but some confusing questions, questions about experience, scheduling, pay, skills, how to resolve conflicts, your relationships with customers or coworkers , accomplishments, etc.
Interview was good. Basic questions. A couple questions about style like what is my favorite fashion trend at the moment. Overall an average interview. Other questions were about customer service.
In person interview ~40 min, was an average interview with normal questions. Got an offer the day of through a phone call later that day. Overall average interview process, start with phone call and ended with offer over the phone.
