Entrevista
1st a little discussion with the HR on telephone. 2nd a face to face round with a sales person. 3rd with the sales Head. Questions about your present or ex company are asked. HR are helpful and schedule your interview process as per your convenience. HR Head sits in MUMBai so even they will contact you over the telephone if you have some negotiation issues.
