They were looking for position of QA professionals based out of Pune. It was extremely inefficient interview process as they shortlisted my profile which did not met their criteria and asked questions which I didn’t worked on and not present on my resume. Even before attending interview I asked the talent acquisition team if my profile matches their requirements to which they said yes as they had already discussed with hiring manager. Upon giving the interview I realised that they have made a fool out of me as they did not wanted the skill set which I possessed.
My advice to TA team MasterCard is to first decide what profile do a hiring manager wants. If you are not clear for it then please don’t waste a candidate’s time and giving false explanations.
