The interview was a three part process. First an interview with the hiring manager via Skype, followed by an interview with HR and then the hiring manager again. During the interview they were very concerned that I was overqualified for the role - which seemed very shortsighted. The HR representative was very personable and generally willing to discuss the company and what it has to offer employees. The hiring manager was well informed and generally concerned about new hires " fitting in " with the existing teams.
