The interview process was very professional and went through 3 stages; a recruiter call then a first interview, once that was passed an audio design test, then when they wanted to proceed another call with a recruiter to discuss pay expectations, final interview and then one last call with the recruiter to tidy up any loose ends. The audio design test was small and manageable with a practical and a theory component to it, all of which took me around 12 hours to complete with some polish but could have easily have been done with 8 hours. All very professional and respectful of my time.
