HR was very soft spoken. Interviewers judged based on what they know in Networking concepts. Many questions asked were on something I have never worked on. There were many other technologies which I worked on, but interviewers did not even have knowledge on these. But they stuck to what they wanted. Even in coding, if you do not know Python, but you are good at coding, you are frowned upon.
With all this, they were likely to offer only a 12-15% increment as per HR's inputs later on. When there is hard requirement, they might as well look at giving a good increment. Though I was not offered here due to interviewers' horrible attitude.
