The initial interview was with the front desk manger. Later I had an interview with the front office manger. The questions were star based scenario questions. Spoke highly on personal connections made with guest.

Awkward, did not provide straight forward answers. Also did not ever recieve a call back from them. You could feel how stressed both employees were and how desperate they were to fill the position.

Easy. They see how you talk, manage problems, deal with people. Also, knowing London well makes it easier. Also, you need to know the details of the property you are applying for
