I applied through an employee referral and the process was really quick, within two day I was invited to have a chat with the Human Resources Manager.
The overall experience was really positive, we had a cup of tea and a relaxed chat about my previous experience and my skills.
Due to Marriott hiring processes, I have to wait in order to know the final result of the interview, but the overall feeling is extremely positive.

Tell us about your life and what brought you to apply for Marriott
(I worked as a tour guide for a while, so we were talking about customers) Which do you think is the special feature that you have that makes your client so satisfied with you? Have you ever done anything that went beyond the customers' expectations?
