It was a normal thirty minute phone interview, asking rather standard interview questions. The style of the interview was more of an exploratory interview which is fine. I was given information about the department, and the role. I was given next steps as well.

Only made it through hiring manager round and one round after. The interviews were fairly easy (more like conversations), I did not have the right experience that the company was looking for. The most impressive part was the speed. I got through both interviews and a rejection e-mail by the end of the week. The manager (Cyndi) also went through a 15 minute feedback session with me. A+ responsiveness, would interview here again.
