Just unorganised... Applied through an agency back in Feb, and only heared back after 23 days. They schedualed a phone interview next week and on the day, 20 minutes before the interview I get an email saying the phone interview is canceled... Complete waste of time (took the morning off my current job to have this interview with them). It gets even better! I recieve a phone call from the interviewer at Mandara (he was 10 minutes late of the schedualed time) and he called me not knowing the iterview was canceled. I informed him of the email I recieved minutes ago, the guy puts me on hold, comes back later to tell me that he had no idea that the interview had been cancled... Makes you wonder what is going in that company...
