The first thing is Test Phase, you have to complete three different test: English (it is not so complicated, but could be possible not finish at all). Then, a break (about 15 minute or similar). Secondly, The Dynamic group exercises. They give you a simple case in which you should propose a solution: you have only 5 minute to thing about it. After that you have about 5 minutes to explain your solution. Finally you discuss with the other guys (Some minutes in English) and (Maybe not all) some of you exposes the final solution.
