Very straightforward interview process where I was kept in the loop every step of the way. There was a point where I thought I might have been ghosted, because there was about a nine-day wait between updates, (and I am accustomed to things moving faster than that) but it wasn't unreasonably long. I went all the way to the final stage. First I met with the recruiter on the phone, then the hiring manager on video. After that I did a writing assignment that was both brief (they respected my time) and designed so they couldn't just take my content and put it online. I appreciated both of those things. I then interviewed with two team members--singly, but one right after the other. It wasn't a perfect fit, but I felt respected every step of the way. I'm not adding any particularly special interview questions because they were fairly standard for my role and none in particular stood out to me.
