Got a phone interview arranged by a recruiter (I was in the process to relocate to London). Interview was with the Engineering Manager and went well. He explain me what Magnetic was about and after that, we went through my CV so he could understand what I've been working and what was my knowledge level. A few hours after the interview I got a reply back saying that for that particular role (high volume, low latency server) I did not had enough experience.
