After my interview done, (person who I interviewed with) he said he is going to hire urgently, I should expect answer end of the next Friday. Of course I couldn’t get any answer. I emailed him for follow up and I couldn’t get any answer again. He ghosted. He ignored me. I tried to reach out to recruiter and I talked with him about following up and he gave me some infos and said "you are still under consideration but idk when director will make decision". Thats fine I wait one more week and i couldn’t get anything again and I just texted recruiter again and recruiter called person who i interviewed with. Recruiter called me back and he said I should expect answer monday I AM STILL UNDER CONSIDERATION. Fine !!!! I did wait untill tuesday and guess what ??? Nothing happened !!!! I already said "no" other 2 job just for working in macy's but they didn’t even let me know that - director made decision he is not going to fill this position anymore ! - How funny is this ? And I am getting this information from recruiter, I am not getting this info from person who interviewed with. Such an awful management such a disrespectful way to act ! All processes took exactly 27 day for getting answer that they made decision not to fill it. Such an unprofessional company and the way this was handled was very poor. This has been truly a horrible experience. Worse one ! Thanks for wasted my 27 day for NOTHING if i would rate you ' director ' and your company i would give 0 out of 5 !
