The interview process was awful. They did not start any interviews till almost an hour after my scheduled appointment at the executive office. The process was unprofessional and seemed that the staff were unorganized. The interviewer seemed confused about the position I was applying for. I was asked to come in for an interview for holiday administrative support at Queens Center Mall in New York, which is described on the job description as an office support position. Instead the interviewer told me it was a stock replenishment position. That is obviously not office support. On his notes I saw he only wrote "support" which could mean a wide range of positions thy could have been interviewing for that day. Then he insulted me by saying that I was not prepared for the interview when clearly they are not organized enough to realize what they are interviewing candidates for. Overall I did not get a welcoming vibe from this location.
