The interview process was very quick since it was for seasonal, I am assuming. First off, she asked me about my availability. I would advise you to stretch the truth just a little bit because they NEED people who are going to be at their beck-and-call for the holidays. I told them I was available at all times. (I am in school, but it worked out for me in the end LOL) Next, she asked me three questions mainly about--Why working/applying to Macy's, sales goals & "tell an experience where you caught someone doing something they weren't supposed to do and how did you handle it". The best thing to do is be expressive in your answers and be in detail. Let them know that you are passionate about wanting this job opportunity and walk in there with your head held high (not assertive, but confident). Next thing I know, I was hired. The pay is minimum wage again simply because you are a temp. However, I was told by my interviewer that if you do well during this position there is that opportunity to become a long-term associate probably with better pay. Plz future employees.. DO YOUR BEST and be enthusiastic! That's what sold me to her and Macy's :)
