I I remember correctly, there was an initial interview over the one with HR / agency, Then a further call with the senior manager of the team I would be joining and finally a call with the manager of the team and one of the team members, for what I would imagine was to see what kind of fit I'd be personally wise. All 3 interviews were with really nice people. All interviews at that time were carried out remotely via video or phone. Due to a decline in the UK economy an offer was unable to be completed as the budget was pulled and a recruitment freeze was put in place.
