Super relax but has a lot of behavioral questions. Like, name a time where you had to persuade a team member to take in your idea? after they ask you all the questions don't forget to ask them questions

Name a time you had to work with someone who doesn't have the same work ethic as you?
I have an HR interview, It is a chill chatting setting for 45 mins, asking mostly behavioral questoins. The HR is friendly and willing to be transparent for the programme
The interview process was average. Questions asked were not very hard. Interviewer seems unengaged with interviewee. Interviewer did not provide opportunity for interviewee to ask questions. The whole process takes about 30 minutes.

Good straightforward interview process. Interviews were conducted in a very conversational manner. I applied for a technical role so there was a lot of technical industry-specific questions asked. There were three formal interviews for my role.
