Emailed a copy of my resume to HR and was then scheduled for an interview. It was a group interview of 3-4 people. They asked fairly basic questions nothing really tricky. Most of the questions seemed to determine if I was the right fight for the job which was processing work orders. They didn't expect anyone to have real experience in the industry so they were no real specific questions regarding industry practices.

Pretty straight forward, standard interview questions. Met with 2 people. Made me feel comfortable even when i was nervous initially. Convenient location and easy to find. Used a list of questions and took turns. Workplace seemed "alive".
