Applied for the job and was sent a test. The test had nothing to do with the job and was heavily maths and problem solving based which I don’t believe really captures the crucial skills required for the role. This sort of testing would be more suited to merchandising jobs. There were also personality based questions and attention to detail. The test sent me an immediate email that highlighted my strengths and informed me that I would hear back from Matches on my results. I never heard back about my results which was really disappointing as I was so invested in working at Matches and passionate about the role. Seen loads of reviews about Matches never getting back to candidates following on from interviews so I wasn’t particularly surprised but very disheartened.

Rigorous, but very professional and excellent interviewers. Engaging conversations, and the process had 3 different rounds. First was an online test, followed by an interview, followed by a presentation. I was offered the job but declined due to pay

Was invited to submit a video assessment / interview answering initial questions about the job and company. Wasn't selected to move on but no feedback provided. Generally the recruiters who reach out don't respond to any emails you send regarding the video recording in case of any questions. Poor communication
