First interview with HR, went well Second interview with the head of CRM, went very well. Apparently they wanted me for the 3rd round. I haven't heard from them for 5 weeks now. I sent an email to HR and she said that she will follow up. It has been 2 weeks, still nothing. I have found a new role so it's ok for me however the communication is poor. I still don't know what they have done with my application.
