I wasn't very impressed by the interview process and the general feeling I got about the company after an interview with their HR. Despite being a big Made fan, I left feeling disappointed. I could hear myself in the call which was really throwing me off, after telling them a few times, nothing was done, so it wasn't the best possible interview I could have given either. You could definitely do with a bit more of a personal touch and understanding for people who take out the time and prepare to interview for you, especially while having in-house recruiters. To me where you start off at the company says a lot about the culture.
It was a Friendly interview process. The questions were very much conversational, and they wanted me to walk them through my CV. None of the questions were difficult, but they were clearly screening me by my replies. Later rounds would be more difficult I think

All good overall. Hr manager was nice and friendly. They introduced themselves and have me a breakdown of the role and the responsibilities. The interview was short and relaxed and communication was smooth. I had a nice experience overall but did nothing accept the job at the end
