3 Rounds of interviews, first was with HR just getting to know me, then I met with two Branch Managers for an hour and last round included 2 thirty minute interviews with 4 Senior Branch Managers

You can have 13 years banking experience with 7 of those years being a senior branch manager for the largest bank in the country and they'll still make you wait months for a rejection email without an interview. When they merged / acquired peoples bank they must've fired a ton of people to move theirs over because every single branch had a manager opening, but for compliance purposes only wasting external candidates time because there was never any intention to give this position externally. The most disorganized interview process with no feedback or updates no matter how much u ask week after week. This company prides themselves on this idea of community culture but their actions speak so loudly on the contrary.

not very good---took three months/process-----very distant/cold management---no people skills.-basic questions----not sales-people---no skills in the interview --waste of money/time-would not work for this bank. period---bank is out touch---drove all-over New Jersey for interviews-Paramus-Red Bank--3 phone interviews--managers guess would take their jobs--not a progressive employer---
