Interview was decent, but I was appalled at how unprofessional follow-up was. Was told I'd receive word back in two days. I finally end up calling to go over the interview with the hiring manager, and am told he is in a meeting and he'll take my info and call back. A week passes. I call again, same thing. And again. It's not that difficult to tell someone they didn't make the cut, and with that kind of dodgyness and conflict avoidance, I certainly wouldn't want to utilize their services.
