Long and drawn out. It was almost as if the interviewer liked the sound of his own voice. The job was posted, and my first interview was within weeks of applying. The follow-up interview took almost 6 weeks.

I arrived 15 minutes early and was handed a hard copy of the job description. The interview lasted 1.5 to 2 hours and was conducted by the district loss prevention manager and district sales manager.

Interview was about 15 minutes long. No hard questions. Many questions involved me telling about different times I've had an issue and how I resolved it. Many situational questions. Had to structure it correctly of listing issue, what did I set in place to help resolve it, and results from what I set in place.
