I was taken to the training room where I was asked several questions from a packet of papers the interviewer had with him. I was then rated on my answers and that was used to determine if I was a proper fit for the job.

Entrevista
HR operations are all centralized in Atlanta or something like that. Your application is processed out there and if approved it is forwarded to the HR person in your city (Todd when I was there). Then you go to the interview if called and you are interviews by two different people who both ask different questions. It is important to answer each question honestly, if they ask what is your biggest mistake ever on a job and you say you don't know or you have never made a big mistake then you will not get hired. They don't care if you have made mistakes or not in the past, they want people on their team who can ADMIT to their mistakes because that is important in their operations. Also, if you are applying for unloader you should emphasize ay athletic experience because the stronger you are the faster you can work.

I applied and two days later i was called to set up an interview. 5 days later i went to the interview read the job description then they asked me about experience which i had plenty of since my first job was receiving at menards. They asked the standard questions about time management and dealing with guests. Right after that they drug tested me and offered me the job
