about 2 weeks. You come in for your 15-30 min. interview. If they like you, you'll recieve a call where they'll tell you you're hired and how much they want to start you off at. They'll then tell you a date to come by to take a drug test at the store. Mouth swab Test They'll call you in a few days to say you past and when you can start your orientation. Orientation is 2 days, total of 16 hours. After orientation your last day, management will come in and make a schedule based on how you want it for the next two weeks. They'll set you up with a partner your first few days, and that's all you'll need.
