I was contacted about this position by a member of the talent acquisition team because they had found my CV in their database and thought I could be a good match. I replied the day after, offering my availability for a call at ay time that would suit them. After this, I was completely ghosted, no reply whatsoever. Humiliating experience and true lack of professionalism.

I was reached out directly by a member of the talent acquisition team who had found my Cv in their database, for a maternity cover role. I replied the following day offering my full availability for the call she was proposing but never heard back. I tried following up after 1 week and 2 weeks sine I was sincerely interested in the position, but was completely ghosted.
