Describe a time when you had t o handle a difficult situation? What did you say and do? What was the outcome?
Took forever, and months after I'd given up on them, they called again, long after I'd accepted another position. Gave very positive feedback after first interviews with hiring managers but did not provide feedback as interviews became more specific.

HR Representative emailed me to set up phone interview for Production Supervisor Position. The phone screen was standard stuff but it was over 3 months from the day I submitted an application for the position until I was contacted for a phone screen.
