Because I was not in NYC at the time, I had my interview over the phone. The interview was a conversation. They wanted to learn about me and my interests and how it aligned with their mission.

I was able to interview with the director of the center of wealth equity where he asked me a series of questions related to my experience and what i would like to obtain from the position and what success looks like in the role.
