Responded to my application within 24 hours, then two phone interviews, and a short 2-hour onsite composed of 4 30-minute interviews with various members of the team. The whole process less than 20 days from application to offer; much faster than many of the other interview processes I'd gone through before. When onsite, the process was smooth and efficient. I was given a tour of the office (arrived about 10 minutes early) and after being offered a beverage and snacks I was led to my interview room. My coordinator was thoughtful and helpful; my interviewers were diverse and well-prepared. Overall, I can honestly say this was one of the smoothest interviews I'd ever done and I felt that each interviewer had really gotten to know me as a person and potential teammate.
