Two weeks after applying online, I was contacted for an interview by an assistant in the department. The whole process was one very brief phone interview with the assistant. They asked general questions about who I am and what I like to do and what I want to do in the future. Emailed me with an offer same day.

The recruiter found me on Linkedin and reached out for an interview. The interview was with the hiring manager who explained the role and asked me questions about what I was looking to do and whether I could do the job.

Entrevista
Very straightforward but a few rounds. Make sure to be prepared and come with good questions. Nice interviewers who gave a lot of insight on the company. Somewhat talkative but also somewhat serious, make sure to bring a good mix of both.
I had a phone interview and then invited for in person interview about a week or so later. The in person interview was conversational and friendly. I was asked about prior work experience.
