Very poor communication from Talent Acquisition. No contact from the internal recruiter throughout the process and everything was done only through calendar invites with a coordinator without any context or feedback. Did not hear back for 2-3 weeks after the final round and no offer was made despite highly positive feedback (upon request) from each interviewer. Reason stated was they "made offers to the first candidates who interviewed". Even received an apology from one interviewer who was surprised by this. Was then put forward for another role with the salary range stated clearly at the start. I received an offer which was then withdrawn because the internal recruiter "incorrectly assumed the budget for the role". All of this after fishing for details on the benefits offered by my current employer. Very unprofessional from Linktree's Talent Acquisition team and the process went on for over 2 months.
