The interviewers were friendly and approachable. They asked behavioural questions as well as situational questions. They asked questions about my motivation and what I knew about the firm as well as how I would respond in a specified scenario.

It lasted a few hours and involved various tasks. I struggled the most with the case study as this required technical knowledge of commercial law. It would be good for anyone with an interview to research mergers and acquisitions, alongside the intricacies of deals such as SPAs.
