The recruiter doesn't know the role & expectations & salary & interview process. No email communication, no booking for the interview. All interviews got organized a day before over the phone - mostly pushing me for the interview. No structure in the interview - no pre-planning. What I heard is just go to the interview which is a panel and answer the questions. No expectation setting. Interviewers had no structure either. Everyone asked a random question
