I was contacted for a phone screen after applying online. After an initial phone call with the recruiter, which they were late for, I was passed along to a phone interview which went well. I was told the next steps in the process were a phone call with the hiring manager and then an in-person interview and that the notes from my interview would be reviewed. Several weeks later I have heard nothing even after a follow up. This is so unprofessional. The first two items were rushed to be set up only to leave a candidate with zero feedback and no reply after time had been invested. I really wish employers would stop treating job candidates like this. We’re not at your disposal.
