The HR arranged the two phone interview because the main responsible recuiter is different person. They asked more about background and the expectation. However, it's really unprofessional to received the result of the interview by system E-mail.

An ex-colleague of mine had declined the offer and referred me to the recruiter who called me the same week and put me through the process. I was then interviewed by a Senior Manager and the Head of the department. At times, it was obvious that the Senior Manager was not 100% focused on the interview, that even his manager had to call his name a couple of times to bring him back in focus. Very destabilizing for a candidate. I never received feedback from that interview. I contacted the recruiter a couple of weeks after that only to be told that he had left the company and that another recruiter would follow-up. that never happened. It's been a waste of time and a disappointment.
